Dr. Heidemanns-Bergweiler Dry Riesling (2017)

Tasting Notes:

Incredibly clean and crisp smelling -- somewhere between lemon and lime. It is bone dry in the mouth, and is incredibly refreshing to drink. Maybe a bit minerally on the palate, along with some peach, and complemented by lemon and acid.

Would we buy this again?

Yes -- this is one of my favorite rieslings, and I can see it becoming my default Riesling if I don’t feel like spending more than $15.
